How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. For custom furniture or large decor pieces, please allow 2-4 weeks for specialized freight delivery.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Robert Gordon Interiors ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options in the near future.
How do I care for my handcrafted ceramics and textiles?
Each product comes with specific care instructions. Generally, our ceramics are dishwasher safe, while our luxury textiles should be dry cleaned or spot cleaned to maintain their texture and color.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters our fulfillment process and cannot be changed.
